Political gimmicks

The Indian political leaders are adamant on proving their selfishness. Thats probably one thing left in them which they do by taking their conscience in complete confidence. Oil, undoubtedly the most disputed commodity today drove The US against Iraq and The Indians towards Iraq. Hefty surcharges were paid to Iraq, Oil was purchased and everyone from natwar singh to Andy sehgal of Hamdan exports gained as the common man lost his money on the ever rising prices. Even the Prime Minister Shri Manmohan Singh did nothing but the assurance of "doing Justice". Can anyone please explain too me what is "justice"? Leaving the tained minister as it is by just accepting their resignation or forming a commission to find out the truth which will take years and then everyone will forget the real incidence?

Even the media is fairly responsible for comfortably sidelining the seriousness of the issue. The Volcker controvery was highlighted and is slowly on the verge of dissappearance. I appeal to the media and to the people of this humble country to please stand up against the constant injustice by our leaders and take steps to punish the guilty.
